We had pork Ramen , pork Ramen with whole egg. Broth has deep rich flavors, on table top , it has garlic , ginger and fermented veggies and we tried and added to the soup, combined with strong flavor. Waiting time is about 15 minutes, an elder person provide guidance to us for where to stay inline , when to purchase ticket.

Have waited 40 mins for 1 bowl of ramen with topping full. Taste very special, add more flavor with some ginger and small seaweed. A few GYOZA in the bowl.

Would put this as the final boss of ramen. The flavor was familiar yet uniquely its own, especially with the bubbly texture that made it stand out. For me, it was a great bowl of ramen and I absolutely loved it. The line was long and it took a while to get seated, but it moved fairly quickly.
